God's Gang News
Moses Story. When God calls people he equips them, and stays close to them. God told Moses, "I will be with you and give you the words to say". Ex 4:12.

God's Gang will have their own meeting on Remembrance Sunday which will include packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Please take a leaflet if you wish to fill your own box an read the instructions carefully! If you are not able to fill a complete box but have some suitable items, God's Gang will welcome them on the morning of 8th November with a cheque for £2.50 or more to pay for carriage. Thank you. Child Protection - now called Safeguarding
Changes are being brought in by the diocese. The immediate change affecting Christ Church is that all training now has to be done by the diocese and other training is not acceptable. There may be further changes to come. If you are unsure what this means to you, plase see Margaret Cartwright who has more information.

Caring for the community - Suffolk Partnership Board for Special Needs
John Radcliffe has been elected to represent parents who have children or young people with special needs on Suffolk County Council Partnership Board of 2 panels.
1. To represent parents views o respite care provision in Suffolk
2. Looking at manpower provision and standards for cares.

If you have any views on these topics please speak to John or email him so that you can have a voice in the coming changes scheduled for 2010.

Beginners home group
This group follows on from the Beginners Bible course and will be hosted by Tim and Doreen Collard. If anyone else is looking for a home group and would like to try this one, they would be most welcome. Please see Tim and Doreen, or Jonathan Ford.
