Gods Gang

God's Gang

We welcome children from the age of 2 to 13 to God's Gang, our Sunday School, which meets during the morning service each Sunday, except for the first Sunday of the month.

On the First Sunday we have our All Age time of Worship, which is specially structured for Families and Children to worship together.

In God's Gang there is:

  • Bible Teaching
  • Songs and Worship
  • Prayers
  • Videos and Drama
  • Craft

The Group names and ages are:

  • The Ark, Crèche for 0 to 1 year olds.
  • Ripples, 2 to 3 year olds.
  • Bubbles, 3 to 5 year olds.
  • Splash, 6 to 8 year olds.
  • Xstream, 8 to 10 year olds.
  • Surfers, 11 to 13 year olds.

It is our aim for the Children to discover Jesus in a fun way which is relevant to their daily lives.

Thank you to everyone who helped us with the posies for Mother's Day and also to the men who took over the groups.
Great love, great rescue - The Easter story from Matthew's gospel. Easter Sunday is the most special day in the whole year! Even better than birthdays or holidays. God's rescue plan for all of us comes true, just as Jesus said it would. "He is not here; he has been raised just as he said." Matthew 28v6a.

April dates:
God's Gang is taking an Easter break until the 22nd April.
Leaders meeting on Wednesday 18th April 7.30pm at the Radcliffe's.

Posy Making for Mothering Sunday

On Saturday 17th March we will be making posies for Mothering Sunday in the hall at church at 10.00am. You are welcome to join us. Also welcome would be gifts of suitable foliage. If you cannot bring this on Saturday, please leave it at the church on Friday when the office is open.
